Players access and use the Platform at their own risk. naya24 accepts no liability for losses arising from technical failures, connectivity issues, or events outside its reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit naya24's liability for death, personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.
